Korbinian Doppelbock has a strong character and even more flavor – named after Saint Korbinian to honor the founder of the Weihenstephan monastery. The sweet notes are offset by roasted malt flavors making this beer an excellent accompaniment to smoked meats and fish. Korbinian doppelbock is also delicious with desserts or chocolate.

Our dark doppelbock wins over beer lovers with notes of plums and figs, balancing the dark malt aromas reminiscent of toffee, nuts and chocolate.

The eye is immediately drawn to the attractive, pale brown, dense head of foam while the nose detects a light, fruity aroma – a perfect first impression.
