Premium Pale Lager
We produced this full bread-like beer with an intense but pleasant and very mild bitterness on the occasion of the celebration of the 450th anniversary since the founding of the brewery in Svijany. It is produced using traditional technology typical for Czech beer using our own hops with a dominant portion of the rediscovered Osvald clone of the Žatecký poloraný červeňák variety of malt from small Czech malthouses.
